Moving with Ease has strict privacy policy standards and is following Australian Government guidelines regarding the use of digital information and written information that we may gather.

Our main rule regarding the way we are implementing our privacy policy is that we do not pass on or resell any of our customers details or any enquiry details that we are sent through email, phone calls or web enquiry forms on our website.

We only collect this information for the purpose of servicing our clients in line with the Aust. govt. privacy guidelines, i.e.

“An organisation must not collect personal information unless the information is necessary for one or more of its functions or activities.”

We treat these details such as Name, Address, Phone number and Email address as confidential and will seek to not in any way misuse these details we gather.

The only time we would share any confidential or private data such as a client’s name was if we had to discuss a particular case with a fellow practitioner or other health professional who would be bound to also keep the information confidential and secure.
Also if a client had indicated that they needed a thorough biomechanical assessment or health review or some such allied service we would ask the client if they wanted to be contacted by other health professional that we work in conjunction with or for us to organise an appointment for them.

We have read the details of the Australian Govt’s Privacy Act 1988 and the Privacy Principles document put out by the Australia Govt.
